I had a problem with my flower order and reached out to customer service to get it sorted. To be fair, they did respond, but everything moved slowly and I found myself having to follow up more than I should have. The refund did come through in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took longer than I think is reasonable. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but for what you’re paying, the support experience should be smoother.

I was trying to place an order, but the checkout kept failing over and over. It got frustrating, especially because I felt rushed to finish before I gave up or missed out. Not a great experience.

The flowers ended up being delivered really late, which was frustrating. I felt like instead of taking responsibility or helping fix it, they kind of made it my problem to deal with.

This didn’t look much like the photo at all. When it showed up, the whole arrangement looked kind of squished, like it had been packed or handled in a way that messed up the shape. The flowers were uneven, some were sticking out awkwardly, and it just had that messy, thrown-together look instead of the nice full arrangement I thought I was ordering. I know flowers won’t always look exactly like the picture, and I wasn’t expecting it to be identical, but this felt far off. For what I paid, I was expecting something that looked a lot more put together.

I ordered flowers from them sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and what showed up wasn’t what I picked at all. The arrangement was totally different from the order, which was disappointing. I was expecting one thing and they sent something else.

I ordered a bouquet from Sami Sacha Flowers it didn’t look very fresh when it arrived. A few petals were already turning brown, and the stems felt dry (which was not a great sign). By the next morning, about half the flowers were drooping. For what I paid, I expected it to last longer. Disappointing overall.

I tried reaching out to Sami Sacha Flowers a couple of times and never really got a clear reply. After a while, my brain just went to the obvious shortcut: if I can’t get a basic response now, it’s probably going to be a mess if something actually goes wrong.
Customer service matters a lot to me, especially when ordering flowers, and this just felt like being ignored. I wouldn’t use them again if I needed any kind of help with an order...

I don’t think this was worth the money. It feels way too expensive for what you get, and in the end it just seemed unnecessary to me
